The business involved John's brother, Joseph, who also opened his own home in South Philadelphia. In 1946, John purchased an old home from James Wentzell on the White Horse Pike in Haddon Heights marking his return to South Jersey. He converted this building into the John A. Healey Funeral Home and this location remains the anchor for the family business today.

They both went out of their way to honor my mom's wishes and make sure everything was perfect. I have never had to deal with any of this stuff before, and Tim came to the rehab and got my mom out of that god awful uncaring place.
